Michael Cox has been a commercial producer for 25+ years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Ball State Univeristy in 1989. Michael has been a licensed insurance agent since 1990. He began his insurance career with Farm Bureau Insurance where he specialized in writing home, auto, and life insurance.
In 1997 he joined Gregory & Appel Insurance where he continued to write personal lines and added commercial insurance to his portfolio of products. At Gregory & Appel he qualified for their Legendary Producers Club every year during his tenure with the company. Michael helped to develop a niche program for landscape and nursery operations which he continues to focus on today.
In 2005 he co-founded Warner-Cox Insurance Services, Inc. Michael's focus has always been doing what is right for each of his clients. Customer service is and has always been his number one priority. Providing clients with professional service and spending time learning and understanding his clients business is something he takes a lot of pride in. His goal is to enter into a long lasting relationship with each and every client. As a result of his attention to details he has many clients that have been with him from the start of his insurance career.

Steve has over 30 years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. He began as a personal lines underwriter for the Kemper Group in the late 70s. Steve was involved in commercial underwriting and marketing for several insurance companies for over 8 years.
As an agent/broker for Marsh & Mclennan and the Willis Group, he produced and maneged mid-market and risk management accounts. These included colleges, universities, world-wide restaurant groups, property owners and managers, manufacturers, and golf course management / design companies.
As director of sales and marketing for Acordia, Inc. in Pennsylvania and Indianapolis he managed sales and service staffs and developed market relationships to promote more agressive new business goals and improve client retention.
After leaving the insurance business for several years to start his own company, Steve returned as a producer with Warner-Cox Insurance. His focus is to sell quality insurance products and provide the best service to both personal and business clients.
Cindy has over 30 years experience as a personal lines insurance professional. She began her career with Allstate as a claims representative. She later worked as an independent agent, selling and servicing auto, home, boat, motorcycle and umbrella policies.
As personal insurance manager for Acordia / Wells Fargo Insurance, she supervised a personal lines staff handling revenue of $1 million-plus, while handling her own book of business for 28 years.
In 2012, Cindy was selected as a capital Five Star Hole/Auto Insurance Professional, an honor given to less than 1% of insurance professionals in the Central Indiana area. Chosen by cleints, peers and industry experts, this award exemplifies Cindy's commitment to providing the best in product knowledge and service to her many clients over the years.
Joining the agency in late 2014, Cindy has become the primary personal insurance resource for the staff. Her relationships with insurance companies and knowledge of the marketplace has added a new focus on personal lines insurance at Warner-Cox.
